รับผิดชอบงานที่ต้องใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงวิศวกรรมและการรับรองเฉพาะทางในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายกำหนดWork needing engineering analysis and formal certification within the scope defined by law.

01ผู้ตรวจบ้านร่วมทีมTeam Home Inspector
ตรวจสอบหน้างาน เก็บภาพ บันทึกข้อบกพร่อง และจัดทำข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานของบริษัทInspect on-site, photograph and record defects, and produce data to company standards.
- ✓มีประสบการณ์งานก่อสร้าง ควบคุมงาน ตรวจบ้าน หรือระบบอาคารอย่างน้อย 2 ปีAt least 2 years in construction, site supervision, home inspection or building systems
- ✓อ่านแบบก่อสร้างและเข้าใจระบบพื้นฐานของบ้านได้Able to read construction drawings and understand basic home systems
- ✓มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และสื่อสารกับลูกค้าได้ดีDetail-oriented, thorough, and a good communicator with clients
- ✓สามารถใช้เครื่องมือตรวจพื้นฐานได้Able to use basic inspection tools
- ✓ใช้โทรศัพท์ แท็บเล็ต หรือระบบรายงานออนไลน์ได้Comfortable with phone, tablet or online reporting systems
- ✓มีรถยนต์หรือสามารถเดินทางไปตรวจหน้างานได้Own car, or able to travel to sites
- ✓ยินดีผ่านการอบรมและทดสอบมาตรฐานของ WHAT THE HOUSEWilling to pass WHAT THE HOUSE training and standards testing
- ✓ไม่มีผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนกับโครงการหรือผู้รับเหมาNo conflict of interest with projects or contractors
ใบ กว. ไม่ใช่ข้อบังคับสำหรับกลุ่มนี้ — แต่ผู้ที่มีใบอนุญาตหรือใบรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษAn engineering licence is not required for this group — holders of a relevant licence or certification receive special consideration.
02สถาปนิกร่วมตรวจงานสถาปัตยกรรมCo-inspecting Architect
ตรวจงานสถาปัตยกรรมและงานตกแต่ง โดยเฉพาะช่วงงานสถาปัตย์ระหว่างก่อสร้าง ฟังก์ชันการใช้งาน และความสอดคล้องกับแบบInspect architectural and finishing work — especially the architectural phase during construction, functional use, and conformance to the design.
- ✓มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรมควบคุมที่ยังไม่หมดอายุHold a valid (unexpired) professional architect licence
- ✓ใบอนุญาตตรงกับสาขาและประเภทงานที่รับผิดชอบLicence matches the field and type of work you will be responsible for
- ✓แสดงเลขที่ใบอนุญาต ระดับ สาขา และวันหมดอายุได้Able to provide licence number, level, field and expiry date
- ✓ยินยอมให้บริษัทตรวจสอบสถานะใบอนุญาตConsent to the company verifying your licence status
- ✓อ่านแบบสถาปัตยกรรมและเข้าใจรายละเอียดงานก่อสร้างได้ดีRead architectural drawings and understand construction detailing well
- ✓มีประสบการณ์งานออกแบบหรือควบคุมงานสถาปัตยกรรม บ้านพักอาศัย หรืออาคารExperience in architectural design or supervision of homes or buildings
กลุ่มนี้ต้องมีใบอนุญาตวิชาชีพสถาปนิก — เหมาะกับงานตรวจช่วงสถาปัตยกรรมและระหว่างก่อสร้าง ซึ่งสถาปนิกมีความเข้าใจเป็นพิเศษThis group must hold an architect licence — a strong fit for architectural-phase and in-construction inspection, where architects bring particular insight.
03วิศวกรร่วมตรวจหรือรับรองงานCo-inspecting / Certifying Engineer
งานที่ต้องใช้การวิเคราะห์ทางวิศวกรรม การให้ความเห็นเฉพาะทาง หรือการลงนามรับรองในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายกำหนดWork requiring engineering analysis, specialist opinions, or formal sign-off within the scope defined by law.
- ✓มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุHold a valid (unexpired) professional engineering licence
- ✓ใบอนุญาตตรงกับสาขาและประเภทงานที่รับผิดชอบLicence matches the field and type of work you will be responsible for
- ✓แสดงเลขที่ใบอนุญาต ระดับ สาขา และวันหมดอายุได้Able to provide licence number, level, field and expiry date
- ✓ยินยอมให้บริษัทตรวจสอบสถานะใบอนุญาตConsent to the company verifying your licence status
